When it comes to Dutch oven cooking techniques, various recipes may be explored. One of which is used to come up with a tasty bread pudding. Before beginning, It is important to ensure that all the ingredients are in place as this will help in saving a lot of time that would otherwise be spent looking for the necessities.

The things that need to be collected include: eight slices of white bread, 50 grams of raisin, 3 tbsp rum, 2tbsp grated orange peels, a half a cup of milk, three eggs, 3tbsp whipping cream, a half a tea spoon cinnamon, forty grams of fine berry sugar and one table spoon melted butter. Each of them should be collected separately in their own containers. The next step should then be followed down to the very last detail.

To begin, the raisins need to be diced into a saucepan. The rum along with three tablespoons of water can then be added. It should then be boiled while constantly stirring. Once done, the mixture can be poured in a bowl to cool.

The bread should then be prepared by removing the crusts. The rest could be sliced and placed in a bowl. This will then be sprinkled with the orange peels and folded in with a spoon. To make it fold easily, the milk should be added in it and then the mixture left alone to settle in for almost ten minutes.

After this, they can be transferred into an electric mixer and transformed into a smooth batter. The two eggs can then be broken into a bowl along with the cream, cinnamon and sugar. After mixing, they may be folded into the bread butter in a bowl. Once done, the raisins mixed in well with a spoon.

From here, one can prepare the Dutch oven cooking equipment. This is achieved by greasing the baking pan with some oil. Some baking flour can also be sprinkled over it.
