Lose Weight by Eating Tasty Salads

A lot of people don't cook salads for their families because they think that salads are made from vegetables, and therefore, they are not tasty. Not true! With just a bit of seasoning, salads can be very tasty and they are good for you too!

If you are trying to lose weight, you must eat salads. Salads help you fill up on tasty, healthy vegetables instead of filling up on other foods that are fatty or the ones that have a lot of carbohydrates.

The best way to cook salads that your family will enjoy (and the ones that will help you lose weight) is by finding different vegetables that are good for you and that you enjoy. Then, use them in different salads by creating different healthy dressings and adding different vegetables. If you like spicy foods, you can even make spicy salads, those are good too.

So how do you make salads that are tasty and good for you? Here are a few ideas to help you get started:
- Cabbage Salad. Shred cabbage. Chop onions, parsley and apples. Combine cabbage, parsley and onions. Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

As you can see, this salad does not use any pre-made dressings. When you make your own dressing, it is going to have less fat, it is going to be healthy and it is going to be tasty!

- Grape Tomato, Onion and Cucumber Salad. This is a very easy salad to make. Cut the grape tomatoes in halves lengthwise. Chop onions, cucumbers and parsley. Combine tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Dress with a bit of apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and peppers.

This is a fabulous, healthy salad and you can put it together in minutes. It also looks great, and people really enjoy eating foods that look good.

- Tomato And Cucumber Salad. This is just like the above salad, but we are going to use regular tomatoes instead of grape tomatoes. All you need to do is chop tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and parsley. Combine them and dress with a bit of red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
