Raw Food Diet Quality Recipes That Are Easy And Delicious

Raw food diet recipes can be simple and easy or time consuming and very complicated. The person who is making the recipe may not feel like wasting hours creating a intricate food or snack and there are recipes that are both simple and flavorful. One of these is Avocado Stuffed Kale Leaves. Chop up 2 big avocados that are ready in a bowl and then mash the fruit carefully. Chop up 1 bunch of parsley that has been washed and 5 inner ribs of celery, and add these to the crushed avocado in the bowl.
