Do not add in chocolate chips at this time. Mix until smooth, and then stir in chocolate chips.

Pour about one half cup batter onto center of skillet.

Cook till the edges become golden and the bubbles begin to break. This is ordinarily about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Flip the pancake and cook on the reverse side for the same quantity of time.

This recipe makes about eight six inch pancakes.

This recipe can be altered for flavor. In case you wish for more of a banana flavor add yet another half cup of mashed banana. If you want less chocolate, only add in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
