Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

By Miranda Kaye

This is by far the most healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe you'll ever experience. Let's face it, this particular kind of cookies happen to be less in fats and sugar. But they are absolutely yummy! These cookies still have its heavenly taste of choco chips with the unique addition of the special flavors of coconut, cinnamon and applesauce. As you can see, there won't be any glucose included in this recipe, only far healthier alternatives like apple sauce, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Each one of these alternatives give sweet flavor but still maintain the cookies balanced and nutritious. Precisely what pulled out from your oven are soft chocolate chip cookies that savor perfectly sweet. Each cookie is made up of scrumptious ingredients including tiny chocolate chips, whole wheat flour, oats, agave nectar, Greek yogurt, and grated coconut then sweetened together with cinnamon, honey, apple sauce and pure vanilla extract.

Serves: 20 cookies, All set in: 30 minutes

What you'll need to have:

1/3 cup traditional oats, 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour, 1/2 baking soda, 2 teaspoons unsweetened dried shredded coconut, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/3 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips, 3 tablespoons fat free Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons agave nectar or 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

Steps

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare yourself two cookie sheets through filling with parchment paper. Using a medium mixing bowl, stir together oats, flour, baking soda, coconut, cinnamon and mini chocolate chips.

Using some other bowl, a smaller one, blend together yogurt, agave nectar, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Make a small crater in the core portion of the dry blend and after that gently pour in the liquid mixture. Blend mixture just right up until well-combined although be certain not to ever over blend.

Using a tiny 1-inch ice cream scoop or a teaspoon, scoop away tiny portions of the mixture and after that place each on your cookie sheet. Put each cookie probably 1-inch apart. Press the cookie balls down to flatten using the back of a fork.

Bake in preheated oven for Ten minutes or maybe till the very top surface of every single cookie turns to golden brown. Take out from the oven and allow cookies to cool down for 1 minute. Transfer to cooling rack.

Serve and Have fun!
